I am delighted to announce the start date of the new season for Kinross Camera Club is Thursday 8th September 2022. Our first meeting will be in The Church Centre, 64 High Street, Kinross KY13 8AJ at 7.30pm. During the new season we will be running a mixture of face to face meetings in the Church Centre and Zoom meetings which we can enjoy from the comfort of home. Please refer to our website for further information ( see link below )  As well as a chance to catch up with everyone following our summer break the welcome evening  will provide a preview of our exciting new syllabus and a chance to see slideshows showcasing images from the Summer evening meet-ups and our Weekend away last May to Elgin.

The first Zoom meeting of the new season will take place on September 15th with speaker Nigel Forster presenting his talk Creative Monochrome in Outdoor Photography. On September 22nd we will have another face to face meeting in the Church Centre at 7.30pm to enjoy an evening of member’s pictures. On September 29th we will hold a Zoom presentation by Steven Galvin with his intriguingly titled presentation ‘Judge, Jury and Executioner’ Steven gives lively, enjoyable, informative and thought provoking talks. He will discuss the do’s and don’ts of competitive photography from a judges perspective and from a competitor’s viewpoint and will endeavour to inspire us and encourage us to enter photography competitions.
