The committee recently decided on next year’s subjects for the Thackery and Fortune and Greer competitions. They will be:-

Thackery: “Flora” – i.e. plants, flowers, trees etc. but not fungi

Fortune & Greer: “Portraits” – could be people or animals

So that’s plenty of notice to start thinking of subject matter or collecting images on those themes so you have some excellent photos to submit next year!
